1. Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are produced on demand after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because:
- You changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
- You no longer want the item.
We encourage you to review the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- misprinted,
- or you receive the wrong item,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide, at our discretion:
- a free replacement, or
- a full refund.
You will not be charged for shipping related to approved defective or incorrect items.
3. Personalized Products
Personalized or custom-made products are produced according to your specifications.
As permitted by applicable consumer laws, these items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for you, except where they are defective or incorrectly produced.
4. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution.
5. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Return Shipping
Returns are only accepted when we have confirmed that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions before any item is sent back.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
